Directions
Take Interstate 91 South. Take Exit 5B onto East Columbus Avenue, following signs for Hall of Fame Avenue. After the rail underpass, bear right onto Hall of Fame Avenue and take the 2nd left onto State Street. Proceed for three blocks and you will see the large, white marble Springfield City Library building on your left. Take the first left after the library onto Elliot Street and then the next left onto Edwards Street.
Take Interstate 91 North to Exit 5. Stay on Columbus Avenue to State Street. Turn right, proceed for three blocks and you will see the large, white marble Springfield City Library building on your left. Take the first left past the library onto Elliot Street and then the next left onto Edwards Street.
Take the Massachusetts Turnpike to Exit 51 (I–291). Exit at Dwight Street (Exit 2B), turn left. Follow Dwight to State Street. Turn left at the light, go through another light and you will see the large, white marble Springfield City Library building on your left. Take the first left past the library onto Elliot Street and then the next left onto Edwards Street.

Free Parking For Museum Visitors
Free parking is available in our lots on Edwards Street, as well as our lot on State Street across from the City Library. (Highlighted in yellow.)
Accessible parking is located in our two Edwards St. lots and the lot next to the G.W.V. Smith Art Museum. (Highlighted in yellow.) All patrons should proceed to the Welcome Center in the Science Museum for admission.

Free electronic bus service provided by PVTA and MGM Springfield. Available Wednesday through Sunday from 10 am to 10 pm. Last service to the Museums (Quadrangle, Stop 4) at approximately 5:35 pm.
