F13. Thanksgiving Foods & Traditions

Many Thanksgiving customs, especially those related to food, derive from Renaissance feasts of the colonists’ homeland. We’ll look at both old and new Thanksgiving recipes, from those that the colonists brought from England using ingredients they found in the New World to current recipes used today. Enjoy recipes to take home and dishes for sampling.

Course Withdrawal Policy
If you withdraw from a class up to one week before the first class, you will receive a full refund (less a $15 registration fee). If you withdraw 6 days to 24 hours before your first class, you are still entitled to a 50 percent refund (less the $15 registration fee). After that time, no refunds or credits will be issued.
