Your gift to the Museums helps us bring visitors to the furthest reaches of the universe and their imagination.
Today's the day! We are excited to join the hundreds of area nonprofits participating in the second annual Valley Gives Day.
Our visitors learn about the wonders of our community, our heritage and our world as they explore the Quadrangle. Art courses, field trips, outreach and family programs as well as cultural events enable the Museums to serve as a resource for the community. As school budgets are reduced, the Museums is stepping up its programming to reach out to even more of our youth.
Your donation makes a difference. Please consider joining other friends of the Museums with your tax-deductible gift.
- $50 Two hours of programming for a 30 children. Life Sciences come alive when students grades 1- 6 meet reptiles and amphibians in the Live Animal Center.
- $75 Access for 15 preschoolers to participate in a self-guided Exploration Tour of the Museums collection.
- $125 Opportunity for over 200 visitors to enjoy fascinating discussions about scientific discovery, cultural traditions, and artistic innovation.

That's not all...
Throughout the day, donors will be randomly chosen and your gift may be amplified with a Golden Ticket adding $1,200 in support of the Springfield Museums (more than 80 different nonprofits will receive this bonus). At the end of 24 hours, the nonprofits that have raised the most money, and those that have the most unique donors, will be rewarded with special grants from a prize pool of $200,000.
