Museum Store to Hold Valentine’s Shopping Night on February 5

Just in time for Valentine’s Day, The Museum Store at the Springfield Museums will hold a special Valentine’s Shopping Night on Tuesday, February 5 from 5–8 pm. For that evening only, Museum members will be able to take 20% off one item, with nonmembers allowed one item at 10% off. Shoppers can enjoy complimentary wine and cheese, and gift wrapping is always provided at no charge.
Named “Best Gift Shop” in The Republican’s “Reader Raves” Awards, the store features a wide variety of unique gifts for all tastes and price ranges. Their selection includes jewelry by Michael Vincent Michaud, Michal Golan, as well as items from Mullanium Jewelry Company. Also available are hand-crafted gift options including blown glass by Josh Simpson and Robert Held and a wide assortment of hand-made silk scarves. The store also carries lines like Kitras Art Glass, porcelain by Margaret Furlong, and glass bracelets by Kevin O'Grady. Indian Motocycle sweatshirts, hats, and memorabilia are also available, as are items like t-shirts and silk ties highlighting the current GUITAR exhibit.
