November Museums à la Carte Programs

The Springfield Museums at the Quadrangle will present the following Museums à la Carte programs in November. The programs are held on Thursdays at 12:15 p.m. in the Michele and Donald D’Amour Museum of Fine Arts.
Nov. 5 - Shays’ Rebellion: From Revolution to Constitution; Barbara Mathews, director of education programs, Deerfield Teachers' Center, Pocumtuck Valley Memorial Association and Memorial Hall Museum.
Nov. 12 - Artistry in Words: Exploring and Remembering our Life through Writing; Janet Sadler, publications specialist, writer, and writing coach.
Nov. 19 - The Parthenon: Reflection of Ancient Athenian Society, Pride and Potential; Amy Dane, art docent, Springfield Museums.
Admission to Museums à la Carte is $4 ($2 for members of the Springfield Museums). The programs are sponsored by Big Y World Class Market.
