April Museums à la Carte Programs

The Springfield Museums at the Quadrangle will present the following Museums à la Carte programs in April. The programs are held on Thursdays at 12:15 p.m. in the Michele and Donald D’Amour Museum of Fine Arts.

April 2 - Nature in Art: Splendid Floral Views through Tiffany Stained Glass; Christopher Lyons, owner, Glass Visions.

           

April 9 - Music of Yesterday; Blue Ribbon Singers.

           

April 16 - Raves for Reptiles: A Live Reptile Presentation; Rae Griffiths, Teaching Creatures.

           

April 23 - No program – School Vacation Week

           

April 30 - Adventures among the Stars; Richard Sanderson, author and curator of physical science, Springfield Science Museum.

           

Admission to Museums à la Carte is $4 ($2 for members of the Springfield Museums). The programs are sponsored by Big Y World Class Market. Visitors are invited to bring lunch to enjoy during the program; cookies and coffee are provided.
