The Springfield Museums at the Quadrangle will present the following Museums à la Carte programs in October.
SPRINGFIELD - The Springfield Museums at the Quadrangle will present the following Museums à la Carte programs in October. Museums à la Carte programs are held on Thursdays at 12:15 p.m. in the Museum of Fine Arts.
Oct. 6 – The Art of Mingling; Sasha ZeBryk, speaker, author and executive speech coach.
Oct. 13 – The Role of Archaeology & Forensic Anthropology; Ann Marie Mires, forensic anthropologist, Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, Boston.
Oct. 20 – A Drink when We Want it and a Cup for the Thirsty Traveler; Cider Making in New England; Dennis Picard, director, Storrowton Village Museum.
Oct. 27 – The Story of Willard House and Clock Museum; John Stephens, director, Willard House and Clock Museum, North Grafton, Massachusetts.
Admission to Museums à la Carte is $4 ($2 for members of the Springfield Museums). Big Y World Class Market sponsors the programs. Visitors are invited to bring lunch to enjoy during the program; dessert and beverage are provided.
