The Springfield Museums at the Quadrangle will present the following Museums à la Carte programs in July. The programs are held on Thursdays at 12:15 p.m. in the Museum of Fine Arts.
July 5 - On the Lewis & Clark Trail by historian Patricia L. Odiorne.
July 12 - Louie Armstrong Tribute Concert by Vincent Cassotta, a musician with A Touch of Jazz.
July 19 - Fatal Forecast: An Incredible True Tale of Disaster and Survival at Sea by author and columnist Michael Tougias.
July 26 - La Pitchoune: Julia Child's Home in Provence and its Environs by Gretchen Fox, and independent art historian.
Admission to Museums à la Carte is $4 ($2 for members of the Springfield Museums). The programs are sponsored by Big Y World Class Market. Visitors are invited to bring lunch to enjoy during the program; cookies and coffee are provided.
