F13. Thanksgiving Foods & Traditions

Saturday, 10 am-12:30 pm

Many Thanksgiving customs, especially those related to food, derive from Renaissance feasts of the colonists’ homeland. We’ll look at both old and new Thanksgiving recipes, from those that the colonists brought from England using ingredients they found in the New World to current recipes used today.
