S73. Basic Watercolor Techniques
Wednesday, 10 am-3 pm
An overview of skills and watercolor techniques such as graded washes, wet-in-wet, drybrush, spatter, scraping, masking, etc. Composition, draftsmanship and color theory will also be discussed. All tools and materials are provided, allowing those interested in trying watercolors to do so without investment, or bring your own if you wish. The pace and scope of the class will be adjusted to fit the skill level of those in attendance. Bring a bag lunch.
