Did you know that we use rocks and minerals in our daily lives?  Rocks play a major roll in the ever changing geologic cycle of the Earth.  Learn about igneous, metamorphic and sedimentary rocks through hands-on activities and demonstrations.  Students will also study plate tectonics and how the movement of the Earth’s plates relates to earthquakes, tsunamis and volcanoes.
