This program encourages young artists to look beyond the canvas into the details, textures, materials and stories that make up a work of art. An Alphabet in Art slide presentation introduces students to our collection and both fascinates and excites them as they journey through the museum to “spy” precious works of art. Curriculum connections include discussion, questioning, listening and vocabulary/concept development.
