School Vacation: Puppet Festival

Most activities are FREE with museum admission.

SPECIAL PERFORMANCES & DEMONSTRATIONS

Puppet Showplace Theatre presents Robin Hood, 1 pm
Featuring artist in residence Brad Shur. A rollicking retelling of the classic tale. When the sheriff starts uprooting villagers as part of a grad castle expansion scheme, Robin sees a opportunity to save the day and become a hero. Of course, he’ll need a little help from his friends. Seating is limited.

WoW Express, 11 am-3 pm
Visit the Watershed on Wheels and experience plants and animals from habitats found in the Connecticut River.

  • Family Science Adventures, 11 am-2 pm
  • Make a Chinese Dragon Puppet in the Art Discovery Center, Noon-3:45 pm
  • Seymour Planetarium, 11:15 am, noon, 1 & 2 pm (additional fee)
