Whether you are seeking accommodations to host a small meeting or a large, elaborate celebration, we offer a wide array of options. Our quaint art deco-inspired café is perfect for intimate gatherings; our magnificent galleries are an exquisite setting for cocktail and dinner receptions; and the auditorium and planetarium offer ideal options for lecture engagements. In addition to our museums, we offer tent rentals on our private, pristine grounds. Our architecture and outdoor gardens are the perfect backdrop for photos and any outdoor event.

Rental Facility

Our Special Events Coordinator will provide you with the specialized attention necessary to ensure that your event is distinct and memorable. We will assist you in customizing your event; choosing from an array of services including catering, cocktail and beverage service, music and entertainment; photography, valet parking, and reception tents, as well as on site private tours and presentations given by our esteemed Museum Directors.

Birthday Parties Functions Icon

Looking for a unique birthday experience? The Springfield Museums offer two–hour Birthday Parties for children ages 4–12 on Saturday and Sunday afternoons. Led by an experienced instructor in a private, decorated room, activities relate to one of five themes: Amazing Animals, Dynamic Dinosaurs, Journey Into Space, On the Loose with Dr. Seuss, and Asian Art Adventures.
